Fraser Studios launches new Queen West space

Opening Celebration Scheduled for Next Friday, September 20, 2013

(September 12, 2013 – TORONTO) Fraser Studios is celebrating the unveiling of its brand new location with a special launch event on Friday, September 20, 2013 from 5pm – 12am at its 76 Stafford Ave studio.

In honour of the new location, Fraser Studios invites clients, friends and industry professionals to enjoy refreshments, appetizers, musical performances and studio tours at next Friday’s grand opening. “We can’t thank our clients and the community enough for their support over the last six years,” said Jason Fraser, Owner and Director of Fraser Studios. “Our launch event is meant to showcase our incredible new space and celebrate what we’re sure will be a very exciting year ahead.”

Located in the heart of Queen West, the new multi-purpose facility is a “one-stop shop” for actors; providing the seamless transition from training and casting to rehearsals and on-stage performance –all at one convenient location.

A toolbox for the city’s creative, the studio also provides its clients with the option to unlock services required by professional performers, including headshots, audition tapes and training, drop-in classes, scene study, improvisation as well as a gathering place for networking with casting directors and industry elite. Equipped with an audio and lighting system, Fraser Studios now boasts a fully functional Showcase Theatre, a space capable of holding up to 60 guests. Beyond performances, the Showcase Theatre can also be transformed into the ideal setting for events.

Guests of next Friday’s event are welcome to stop by any time after 5pm and stay for special live musical performances by Ryan Isojima, Chris DePaul & Jason O’Brien, Clela Errington & Jocelyn Barth, and Alan Zemaitis.
